Product Marketing Manager - DevOps

• The marketing team's primary objective is lead generation, your focus will be to drive Pythian’s prospect and customer lead generation, field marketing activities, and ongoing communications, specifically focused on Pythian’s CloudOps practice.
• You will market Pythian’s DevOps and SRE products and services to prospects and existing customers to drive sales engagement and raise awareness focusing on automation.
• Translate complex technical concepts like Engineering, architecture, automation, and IaC into relevant content, collateral, and marketing initiatives that will have a measurable impact on Pythian and our clients.
• Conduct customer research to understand our buyers' and users' pain points, needs, and workflows.
• Create enablement content and enable sales teams to help address customers’ DevOps requirements.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including targeting, positioning and messaging. Partner closely with your CloudOps leaders to define and plan how we will communicate new offerings. Plan and execute end-to-end launches of these new offerings to market. Work with our Business Dev team and Marketing team to co-create joint messaging and GTM plans.
• Content creation, working closely across the business to identify gaps and create content. Develop product marketing collateral such as website pages, blogs, white papers, webinars, videos, decks, and data sheets supporting the buyer's journey
• Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape to stay up-to-date on industry developments and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Analyze results from your marketing campaigns for effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Strong prior experience in a highly technical product marketing role in an IT Services organization.
• Familiar with and can articulate DevOps amp; SRE methodologies and technical concepts like release automation, secure data ingestion, infrastructure as code (IaC), continuous integration and continuous deployment/delivery (CI/CD), Terraform, Gitlab, Github, etc.
• Experience with public cloud platforms - Google, AWS and Azure.
• Be proactive in understanding key trends in industry, users and competitors
• The ability to clearly articulate the value of a product/service to customers.
• Experience leading product or feature launches autonomously and contributing to larger launches with a team.
