Job Description

Are you a strategic and results-driven leader with a passion for driving growth and profitability? Do you have a deep understanding of the Indonesian market and culture, coupled with a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles in the Tech/SaaS/Software industry? If yes, then we want you to join our team as the General / Country Manager for Canada!


The Job:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the country.
  • Develop and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability for the company in the country.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity, and adjust strategy as needed.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations within the country.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the Management team in HQ to align strategies and goals.
  • Manage the country's budget, including revenue and expenses, and ensure that financial goals are met
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and continuously improve the quality of the company's products and services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of local employees as and when required.

Requirements

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Canadians are welcome to apply.
  • Someone who is willing to work fully remotely.
  • A self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Have working experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in Tech / SaaS / Software related industries.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a country or region.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the local market and culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
