Servus is growing! We are currently looking for a Credit AnalystI for our Medicine Hat Business Banking team.
Closing Date: June 18, 2023/midnight
Salary: 48,403 to 60,504 (based on experience)
Please note: This is a full time permanent role and not a fit for candidates seeking summer employment.
*We do welcome applications of graduate students not interested in furthering their studies in the fall.
Reporting to the Market Director - Commercial Banking, your primary goal is to provide our business bankers with administrative and analytical support so they can focus on shaping our members financial fitness.
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements
- Preparing credit investigations, security inspections and searches
- Ensuring all documentation is completed and accurate
- Assisting members with loan and deposit inquiries
- Communicating information accurately to members and team members
- Preparing commercial loan renewals
- Completing ratio analysis and understanding what each ratio means
- Ensuring a high level of member satisfaction by assisting with inquiries, following up as necessary, and understanding the members finances to recommend the most valuable products and services
Requirements
To qualify, you will need at least the following:
- 1-2 years of banking experience
- Knowledge of reading financial statements
