Core Responsibilities

We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help grow our flagship brand, ExoShield (getexoshield.com). In this role you’ll be responsible for planning, creating and executing content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and facilitate growth.

Some of the things you'll be responsible for include:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing plan that aligns with our growth goals
• Creating and managing a content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content across multiple channels, including blog posts, email marketing, and more
• Writing and editing compelling content that resonates with our target audience, including blog articles, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, video scripts, etc.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify content needs and opportunities, and ensuring that content is aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
• Monitoring and analyzing content performance metrics, and adjusting strategies as needed to drive greater engagement and conversions
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, and sharing that knowledge and insight with the rest of your team

Requirements

We’re looking for an independent, growth-oriented individual who will take ownership over our content marketing and drive results.

The following experiences and skills will help you kick ass in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, audience-focused content across a range of formats
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to inform content strategies
• A basic understanding of SEO best practices to boost online visibility and drive traffic
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools is an asset
