Your Mission

Are you a highly skilled and competitive experienced sales professional with the desire to be a critical part of a growing team? Then Nuvei would love to hear from you!

Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Support amp; Value-added Services, will be responsible for generating new business through telephone prospecting activities covering all of Canada.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify, approach, and win prospects by assessing clients' needs to create a win-win agreement (Leads are provided by the company)
  • Develop long-term client relationships with key decision makers
  • Negotiate, prepare, and follow up on contract agreements
  • Involvement in post-sale resolution of new client concerns during a new client’s first few weeks
  • Effective management of CRM pipeline to ensure maximum efficiency of new account wins.
  • Create 3-4 cold call leads a week.
  • 65-85 calls a day.
  • Leads need to be updated in CRM and accurately dispositioned.
  • Submit two new accounts weekly.
  • Work on any of the Value Added Sales campaigns; to generate extra revenue based on the specifics of the campaign. (existing merchants)
  • Amex corrections need a lead created in VAS and updated. Shared Amex spreadsheet needs to be updated once AMEX lead is dispositioned.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • An education background that includes the completion of high school
  • Highly competitive mindset with a positive attitude
  • Driven to succeed
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship building skills
  • Cold calling experience with a focus on closing B2B sales is a must
  • Proficiency with the full Microsoft suite of products
  • Payment industry experience is an asset

Working Language

  • English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed.
  • French (written and spoken) is required for any position located within Quebec.
