LOGO.com is looking for talented and passionate graphic and visual designers to join our team as we put logo and brand creation tools in the hands of millions of users around the world. Our goal is to make starting and growing a dream business as easy and fun as possible for entrepreneurs the world over.
What you’ll do:
- Design marketing materials for emails and social channels
- Create realistic mockups using PSD
- Create visually stunning templates that inspire and engage our customers
- Tweak our current logo templates and create new logo templates
- Update and evolve the new branding guidelines for LOGO.com
- Create beautiful color palettes for customer logos
- Work closely with the Product and the Engineering teams to prototype and build new features
- Create UI mockups following our current Design System
- You will be responsible for setting goals and prioritizing and executing design projects.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
- A relevant degree or diploma (Graphic Design or similar) or commensurate experience and portfolio
- Have organizational skills: Strategic thinking and planning, prioritization and documentation.
- Be a strong multitasker: you need to be able to handle and prioritize a variety of tasks at the same time
- Strong visual skills - great attention to detail
- Proven experience in leading projects from research to execution
- Love being up to date with graphic design trends
- Strong understanding and proven experience in graphic design fundamentals and principles.
- Open to feedback; someone who is willing to learn and grow
- Be autonomous at your work. We value proactiveness and time-management
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing your best work - Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered
Nice to Have:
- Be a Canadian Citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident
- Live in Metro Vancouver - We have a coworking session every once in a while, and it would be great if you could join too!
- Experience in Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
- Knowledge of Asana, Notion, or similar tools for work management
