Job Description
Tricycle Lane Ranches Ltd (TLR), a sister company to legacy firm BURNCO Rock Products Ltd seeks a weekdays full time Control Centre Operator for our Operations Control Centre (OCC). This is an in person (not remote) desk-based position in our technologically advanced OCC, located in our newly renovated corporate offices conveniently by McKnight Blvd and Deerfoot Trail, near Calgary's airport. In this important role, you will be asked to monitor our safety and security at sites in western Canada and the USA. You'll be asked to work full-time hours (15:00 to 23:00) during the week.

Requirements
About the Position
- Physical presence (not a remote position)
- Right to work in Canada (Citizen, PR or work permit)
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide support as required to our Operations' Control Centre (OCC) team
- Monitor our CCTV feeds in the OCC
- Help to create or update our documentation
- Report security system alarms, and communicate with operations' leaders and first responders
- Dispatch security officers and/or other first responders to our sites and monitor active incidents to conclusion including generating reporting for follow up actions
- Oversee our site security personnel to ensure they are acting according to our protocols
- Conduct building tours of our new offices to assure security and report on any encountered safety or building maintenance matters
- Print, deliver and manage access cards for end users according to our protocol
- Monitor weather events and media events and report on them where they may affect the safety of our employees or our property
- Update and create spreadsheets to track data
- Other tasks as assigned
