Laurel Steel, located in Burlington is looking to add the right candidates to fill the role of District Sales Manager.
The Developmental District Sales Manager (DDSM) role includes but is not limited to cross-functional training among Inside amp; Outside Sales, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Finance departments within Laurel. This training will prepare the DDSM for a District Sales Manager (DSM) role. A DSM will be responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable volume of sales within the assigned sales territory. The DDSM will require extensive travel and face-to-face interaction with customers. This position is designed to require approximately twelve months for completion but can be modified depending on the candidate’s experience, progress, changes to the program, and/or resource needs within Laurel.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technical or related field.
Outside Sales Experience (Preferred)
