Position Overview:
To support our rapid growth, we are currently looking for a strong tech background senior data analyst to be part of the Data Engineering team that builds big data systems to enable a data-driven company. This position will be a valuable member of our team and is expected to open data visibility to the whole organization, provide key metrics to all levels of leadership and build data models for business decision optimization. You will be working in business domains of Marketing, CRM, CDP, and Customer Serviceetc, and leverage enriched data to bring real impact back to the company.

What we want you to own in this role:
- Lead the marketing analytics projects. Willing to learn new technology and try new directions.
- Conduct research to identify the best AI/ML approach and integrate it with AI/ML projects to help Zenni with Marketing decisions/processes optimization
- Be a Marketing domain specialist from a data perspective and help the company to drive growth by leveraging enriched data built by your team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the marketing data team’s projects with technical feasibility and business goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies, industry trends, and user behaviors to inform data engineering team strategy and development.
What skills do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or Engineering fields.
- At least 8 years experience in the Marketing data analytics area.
- Experience in e-commerce for at least 3 years.
- Solid modern tech stack background, fully hands-on.
- Strong Marketing business domain is a must-have: paid search / organic search, site traffic via GA, MMM, live stream etc
- Proficiency with SQL and forecasting.
- An enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges.
- Strong experience with end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, communication with stakeholders, implementation, and QA process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with leading a velocity team in analytics area
