The Application Engineer (Solutions Designer), CRM will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering customized solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Understand and analyze client requirements, business processes, and objectives to design effective CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with clients, Product Managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including sales, marketing, customer service, and finance amp; operations to align with client requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of solution design, configuration, and customization specifications.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, scalable, and integrated solutions, adhering to industry best practices and established development standards.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to developers, assisting with complex customization and integration tasks.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions, managing expectations, and communicating progress effectively.
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure successful user adoption of CRM systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform technologies, incorporating them into solution designs when applicable.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, recommend enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our CRM solutions and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform are a plus.
- 5 plus years proven experience as a Solutions Designer or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics and CRM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including sales, marketing, customer service, and finance and operations, and their customization capabilities.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of CRM implementation methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical CRM solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Experience in other Microsoft technologies and platforms, such as Azure and SharePoint, is a plus.
