Salary Scale: $99,263 - $119,610 annualized salary plus benefits

Position Description:
The Director of Addiction and Mental Health, Client Access and Case Management Services is responsible for all aspects of the three program components. The Director works closely with staff to ensure the highest quality and most cost-effective services to clients. They are responsible for developing and managing effective systems and resources to assist the Teams with the provision of services which will help clients to achieve their desired goals. The Director Addiction and Mental Health, Client Access and Case Management teams contributes to the mission of the Health Centre stressing innovative programming, health promotion, collegial support, cooperation and client participation and exemplifies the values of the Centre.
Reporting Relationship:
The Director of Addiction and Mental Health, Client Access and Case Management Services is directly accountable to the Executive Director. As a member of the senior management team, the employee is responsible to the other management team members and their teams. The employee is responsible for meeting the regulatory requirements of his/her governing body, if one exists.
