Home renovation company seeking enthusiastic skilled labour person(s) who are willing and able bodied to do physical work such as demolition, wood framing, drywall, trim, painting, etc.

Our ideal candidate would have a passion for construction/ renovation work and is looking to improve and expand various aspects of the job. The candidate must have their own means of transportation and a valid driver’s license. Attention to detail and punctuality is highly preferred. Minimum one (1) year of experience is required.

Personal protective equipment is required (steel toe safety boots, safety glasses and ear protection.) Must have minimum OSSD or GED graduate. Candidates with college, trade school or relevant experience are preferred. Wages is based on experience and references.

Requirements

• Must have previous residential or commercial renovation experience.
• Must have own hand tools and transportation to and from required job locations within the Waterloo Region area.
• Must be a team player and be willing to learn new skills.
• Must be able to complete task efficiently and have clear communication skills.
• Must be physically fit - able to lift 50 lbs. - and able to conduct hands-on work efficiently.
• Must have strong work ethics be willing to work long hours when required to get the job done.
• Must speak and understand English.
