Zen Sherpa LLC, a professional career recruitment specialist, is seeking a Regional Product Support Representative for Western Canada to join our team. This position is within the mobile construction machinery industry and will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our client's customers. As a Regional Product Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the industry's top professionals while helping to enhance our reputation for excellence. Your area of responsibility is SK, AB, BC, NT, and YT. Most of our client's customers are located in major populated cities, e.g. Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, Victoria, Vancouver and similar.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers with various machinery issues
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members to resolve product issues
- Travel to various locations throughout Western Canada to service machinery and provide customer support
- Provide training and assistance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of mobile construction machinery
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for growth and development
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise on all company products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
Requirements
- Have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role within the mobile equipment machinery industry
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Western Canada.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical individuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
