About the Role
Nelson Education is seeking a People and Engagement (Pamp;E) coordinator to report to the Executive Director, People and Engagement, and become an essential part of our team!
As our People and Engagement coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting exceptional candidates who align perfectly with our company's vision and values. Your responsibilities will include posting job openings, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. You'll be the bridge that connects talented individuals to rewarding career opportunities within our organization.
Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our People and Engagement team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, assisting in the preparation of employment contracts, and maintaining up-to-date applicant records.
