Spreetail is a seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Greenwood, Indiana. This role will impact metrics ranging from Key Talent Retention, Employee NPS Average, Overhead Spend per Person, and GMV per person. How you will succeed:- Support new employees in understanding their benefit options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files in DF for FC network.
- Serve as point of contact to answer frequently asked general questions utilizing HR ticket system.
- Provide administrative support to HR TBP team.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and I9 completion.
What experiences will help you in this role:- Responds promptly, thoroughly, and respectfully to employee inquiries; builds the credibility of the Pamp;C team.
- Seeks out proactive solutions to drive efficiency and improve internal practices.
- Able to response quickly to changing priorities and adjust based on immediate or cyclical process requirements.
