The Sr Programmer Analyst (Developer), CRM will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics Platform that meet business requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and system administrators, to gather requirements and define technical specifications for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Applications.
- Develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions, including configuration, extensions, and integrations, using the appropriate development tools and methodologies.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and maintainable code.
- Create technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and user manuals, to facilitate system understanding and support future maintenance.
- Optimize and enhance existing Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions, addressing issues and ensuring system stability and performance.
- Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their application within the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards, advocating for best practices and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven work experience as a software developer, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics and CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including customization, configuration, and extension capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, and other relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM SDK, plugins, workflows, and web resources.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) in CRM or related areas.
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Power Platform, or SharePoint.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration processes with Microsoft Dynamics and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with CRM solution architecture and design patterns.
