5th World Regenerative Agriculture Corporation seeks a highly experienced and motivated President to lead our rapidly growing land regeneration company. The ideal candidate must be committed to our mission to support regenerative practices, changing mindsets, and economic systems.

The President will report directly to the board of directors and lead a team of 20+ individuals all over the globe. As President, you will oversee all aspects of the company, including education, land regeneration consulting, training and certifying consultants, developing cutting-edge monitoring and verification systems, funding regenerative projects, and building financial mechanisms to support landowners in regenerative practices. You'll work closely with the board to meet all regulatory and legal requirements while promoting the company's vision and philosophy, policy and core values.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the team in achieving the company's goals, mission and key objectives
• Must be committed to creating a decentralized organization
• Committed to empowering the 5th World team to make their own decisions to develop leaders via servant leadership
• Work with the board to execute the company’s strategic plans and objectives
• Oversee all functional areas of the company, including education, land regeneration consulting, product sales, software development, and financial management
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Identify key areas of [friction/challenges/inefficiencies/KISS elegance opportunities] within the company and work with teammates to develop systems and processes to address them
• Provide clear communication internally to teammates, and externally to partners and the public when needed/strategic
• Support in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that promote the company's values and mission
• Measure and report on company performance to the board regularly

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (or a way to demonstrate expertise in said areas via experience)
• 10+ years' experience in a leadership role
• Understanding of regenerative agricultural practices, technology and related economic and societal issues
• Ability to roll up sleeves and get hands dirty
• Background in entrepreneurship and experience with early stage startups preferred
• Experience in growing a business is a must
• Strong financial management skills and experience managing a budget
• Proven track record of meeting performance and financial targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Some travel may be required
