As a Operations Supervisor - Janitorial, you will be entrusted with overseeing the business operations of designated client service areas. This role involves field support, including training, guidance for new clients, conducting inspections to ensure Contractor compliance, addressing client requests and complaints, arranging site visits, and fostering enduring relationships with both clients and Contractors. Furthermore, you'll play a pivotal role in contract negotiations, supply procurement, and ensuring top-notch client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities services or a related field
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
    • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
    • Knowledge of janitorial, landscaping, and HVAC maintenance services
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
