Job Description

Norwood Sawmills, a global leader in mobile sawmill technology, is seeking a Paid Media Marketing Specialist to join their team. The Paid Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various online platforms. This role involves a deep understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and audience targeting to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns regularly to ensure maximum ROI and alignment with performance goals.
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of our digital marketing strategy, leveraging insights from paid media campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates to leverage new opportunities.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize results and control spending.
  • Perform A/B testing and other optimization strategies to refine ad performance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify innovative approaches for reaching target audiences and achieving business goals.


Analytics and Reporting

  • Provide detailed reports, highlighting performance, key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies for enhancing campaign outcomes.


Content Creation

  • Collaborate with the Creative Team to provide input on ad visuals, copy, and other content elements.
  • Ensure that ad creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and resonate effectively with the target audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in related Media Marketing.
  • Experience with lead generation and e-commerce strategies and conversion rate optimization.
  • Strong organization skills, with capabilities of managing multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
  • Proficiency in using advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting tools considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and practices is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and trends.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas to content creation and campaign strategies.
