  • Interpret and present trial results, and integrate trial findings into product development strategies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align trial objectives with Loam’s commercial strategy, foster relationships, and communicate trial progress, results, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with growers to integrate their needs into trial planning, provide technical support and guidance, collaborate on data collection and analysis, and promote trust and transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in agronomy, agriculture, plant sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in field trial management and/or agronomy.
  • Knowledge of Canadian broadacre cropping systems
  • Good data handling and practices

  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and across departments.
  • Familiarity with soil health and sustainable agriculture practices.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed, for example, travel domestically to field trials to assess confidence and perform sample collection.
  • Ability to conduct sampling at field trial locations (ie, physically fit and willing to work for extended periods outdoors across all seasons).
