We’re looking for our first Business Systems Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you’ll be managing MealSuite’s internal systems to improve operational efficiency.
A day in the life as a Business Systems Analyst:
- Act as subject matter expert for Salesforce, Zendesk, and other systems used internally by MealSuite employees
- Translate business requirements into actionable system changes
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Experience and other stakeholders to assess current and future states, perform gap analyses, and propose solutions
- Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and constraints for all assignments
- Develop tools/processes for automation and monitoring to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Create and maintain process and system documentation
- Own and track successful change management throughout process changes and new process implementations
- Maintain system processes by troubleshooting and resolving workflow or integration issues
In the first 6-12 months, you’ll be successful at reaching these milestones:
- Master the various operational tools and systems used throughout MealSuite
- Review existing workflows and create a prioritized list of improvements
- Successfully implement numerous workflow and process changes with a demonstrated time savings for participating team members
- Take the lead to not only implement process improvements, but craft the solution from start to finish, in collaboration with other team SMEs
- Demonstrate the ability to efficiently communicate changes to those impacted and apply constructive feedback

- I have knowledge of Salesforce and other software systems
- I gained my knowledge through formal education, 2+ years of direct experience in business systems analysis, or a combination of both
- I have experience in the tech sector and have ideally worked for a SaaS company
- I am able to take direction and work autonomously to deliver business outcomes
- I get most excited about optimizing processes
- I have a proven ability to learn new systems quickly
- I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA (and Vietnam if required for role).
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
