TikTal is a dedicated TikTok influencer marketing and talent agency. We support brands launch creative activations leveraging the power of video. We are on a mission to deliver memorable stories in a native format and looking for people to join us on the mission.
What you will be doing Senior Talent Manager (remote) full time
•Handle consistent communication with talent and provide career direction
•Create campaign concepts for all incoming offers for the TIKTAL Roster of talent based on budget and talent strengths
•Negotiate and set appropriate budgets
•Develop relationships with individuals and brands
•Pitch outgoing opportunities to brands based on talent needs
•Keep informed of industry trends, events and deals
•Consistently explore opportunities to develop existing clients and participate in new program pitches and presentations
•Provide insight and research new talent
•Manage personal roster of talent
•Organize reasonable timelines
•Confirm all requirements and logistics of campaigns
•Manage talent’s calendar
•Manage the client’s expectations
Requirements
What we are looking for
•2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing
•A thorough knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for growing influencer profiles
•Attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and ability to deliver creative feedback
•Strong communication, both written amp; verbal
•Able to work well under-pressure in a fast-paced environment or when time sensitive emergencies arise
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
•YouTube Certification(s) is a plus
