It will report directly to our Head of Product, and work closely with our Head of Financial Products amp; Commercial Partnerships.

What your week-to-week looks like:

Requirements

You’ll be great in this role if:

  • You’ve got the experience. To be successful in this role, we’re looking for 5+ years of Product experience.
  • You can influence. Without direct reports, you build relationships to cross-functional influence engineers, product designers, product ops, data scientists towards a common goal. You’re able to navigate any natural tensions between various groups.
  • You love the world of product. You’re a systems thinker, you care about the details and have a strong data-driven metrics approach. No stranger to an Agile environment, you’ve managed product boards and prioritized engineering decisions, and understand software engineering concepts. You love the craft of shipping software and take pride in the outcome.
  • You’re eager to continue your own learning. Scrappy and voracious, you want to know the ‘why’ behind every answer. You’re a creative product thinker who can combine quantitative thinking with a great aesthetic. Finding creative ways to work through obstacles is fun for you.
  • You believe the customer comes first. You’ll advocate endlessly for our customers, and have a natural curiosity to understand their needs.
  • Bonus: You’ve worked in fintech or payments before, and are commercially focused with an understanding of the market and the business we’re in. You enjoy researching the newest and most cutting edge developments in the payments space.

If you don’t meet every requirement, but have relevant experience, a burning desire to learn, and a lot of heart, please apply. We’d love to hear from you.

This role won’t be a fit if:
