We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator with expertise in Hubspot to join our Client based in Surrey, BC (2 to 3 days a week) As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of their sales processes. Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Hubspot CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Generate and analyze sales reports to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities
- Coordinate sales meetings and assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
- Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Hubspot CRM or other CRM software is a plus (company will provide financial support for Hubspot certification)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
