JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator

DIVISION: Sales and Marketing

DEPARTMENT: Sales amp; Marketing

REPORTS TO: Sr. Marketing Manager

LOCATION: Toronto

POSITION OVERVIEW (Purpose):

The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in Graywood Sales amp; Marketing division and will integrate and work closely with all departments within the Graywood organization. This roll is highly collaborative and requires a highly personable and organized personality. The selected individual will be required to manage multiple priorities and adapt to frequent and sometimes last-minute changes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports Sr. Marketing Manager with developing creative and engaging strategies to sell down inventory projects and gain new registrants for upcoming projects.
  • Executes marketing communications plans and programs to maximize active user registration, traffic and sales.
  • Accountable for supporting with all sales related events and email communications.
  • Drafts briefs for marketing agency deliverables and ensures Agencies provide assets on time.
  • Supports with working on Corporate Development and Branding of Graywood relating to the corporate website and corporate sales office.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating events on time and on budget.
  • Optimizes use of tailored marketing and media vehicles to drive awareness and demand (i.e. site specific websites, print, PR, event and email campaigns, as well as other marketing activities).
  • Assist with sourcing vendors and obtaining quotes, etc. for various marketing initiatives and events.
  • Frequently visit sales offices to understand needs of Sales staff and any required marketing updates or opportunities.
  • Support with ongoing digital maintenance including website content, digital advertising, URL management and review of digital reports received from marketing agencies
  • Works closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and Sales Teams to ensure full sales, marketing and brand alignment of programs and attends weekly meetings to review strategy and success of ongoing programming
  • Support with various administrative tasks such as monthly sales reports and expense reports
  • Monitor social media and web presence for active projects
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, including but not limited to Broker Roadshows, Homeowner Seminars, Pre-Construction Seminars and Sales Events
  • Responsible for creating, setting up and deploying eblast through Spark and reviewing and sharing report stats with the Sales Team
  • Responsible for analyzing and communications results for all marketing programs post-program summaries and analysis (learning and finding efficiencies in future campaign planning).
  • Overseeing and reviewing information sent over by third party agencies
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager, Development, Customer Care, In house sales teams as well as several external consultants via e-mail, phone, and video conferencing.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to maintained communicated deadlines
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or similar program
  • 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator role in a business environment. Real estate experience is a strong asset that will be considered
  • Strong project management experience with an emphasis on project planning, reporting on key metrics/milestones, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Strategic, creative, and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with coworkers, customers, partners and other external stakeholders
  • Ability to travel time to time
  • Exceptional multi-tasker, an eye for design, team player and social media savvy
