Position Overview
Reporting to the Schools Supervisors, the Lead Hand is responsible for assisting the Manager and Supervisor(s) with daily operations, and vehicle switch-outs and is a backup driver for all routes. The position requires the ability to work within a number of spheres of operation including both on road and in the office. The position requires an understanding of the administrative components of the operation and requires the ability to work on several computer platforms such as internal reporting and scheduling.
