Item Management focuses on helping people get more out of 1Password by helping them to get more in to 1Password through enabling them to efficiently create, organize and find the information most important to them and securely grant access to information to others within their family or team or business, as well as people who may not yet be using 1Password.
Admin Platform is right at the heart of 1Password’s B2B experience, providing an Administrative Console for business leaders to configure how 1Password will behave for their employees. The Console has a number of settings and policies, and allows grouping of users to create specific access control across their organization.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.What we're looking for:
- Experience building polished web components with clean, intuitive interfaces
- Confidence bringing designs to life through implementation
- Exceptional skills building with modern front-end frameworks such as React/Typescript or equivalent
- A strong understanding of core web development concepts
- A security-first approach to development
- Consideration for code quality with an ability to deliver appropriate and effective feedback to teammates
- An enthusiastic attitude to learn while tackling new features and make existing ones better
- A healthy balance of being able to work collaboratively while also taking responsibility for assigned tasks
- Demonstrated ability to concisely communicate complex technical problems and propose iterative solutions
- Someone who values autonomy and enjoys space to make your own decisions
- Experience with shipping quality software quickly, focusing on customer value and iteration

USA-based roles only:The Annual salary for this role is between $115,000USD and $155,000USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only:The Annual salary for this role is between $109,000CAD and $147,000CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
