Co-op Field Marketing Representative - Post secondary students

• Base pay $16.55 PLUS commission
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner’s Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within store and kiosk.
• Drive sales, advocacy and brand awareness for our client’s product.
• Understand customer needs to make appropriate recommendations.
• Find creative approaches to engage customers by making use of effective communication skills and share the benefits of the product.
• Prepare and deliver the sales pitch to complete customer sign up for CT Triangle Mastercard amp; hit daily target.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints with positive attitude to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution.
• Sign up customers for triangle mastercards by analyzing their credit history, income and financial status.
• Drive customer engagement by discussing the benefits and features of supplemental products and services with the goal of achieving sales of these products.
• Analyze credit information presented by the customer to process next steps according to policy and procedures of company and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnels.
• Develop appropriate sales promotion strategies for the company by analyzing needs amp; demands of customers to meet company’s goals.
• Participate in leadership workshops, manage and train the team, and apply leadership skills throughout the placement.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions of team.
