As a Data Analyst Intern, the successful candidate will assist in the coordination and management of ongoing projects. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct research and support the preparation of project documentation
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery of project materials
- Attend project meetings and take detailed notes
- Ensure project deliverables meet high quality standards
- Tracks and reports progress of the project
- Organize and facilitate meetings related to the project
- KPI setting and analysis for projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and project management platform, Click-up
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting
- Warehouse, supply chain, or logistics experience an advantage
