What you will be doing: We are currently looking for experienced ERP Gatekeepers to join our team! If you are looking to work in a challenging and dynamic environment where you can learn more about inventory control, then this is a great opportunity for you.

Here are the responsibilities for this role:

• Record all inventory changes periodically and report the data to supervisor;
• Update the ERP system and do transactions.
• Help ensure FIFO (first in first out) rotation throughout the facility;
• Manage inventory transfer between the different departments;
• Participate in more physical tasks such as helping the Receiving Team organize the raw materials storage areas as necessary by moving various products;
• Ensure that all items stored are stored properly according to the guidelines for maintaining product quality and food safety;
• Promptly communicate significant inventory changes to all departments;
• Help Inventory Control team confirm missing ingredients that are reported by production.

Requirements and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse setting;
• Experience using an ERP software to enter data;
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
• Ability and experience to count inventory without errors;
• Strong communication skills and responsibility;
• Rigorous, fast, and able to perform simple calculation operations: add, subtract, multiply and divide;
• Forklift license and experience (an asset);
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
• A willingness to work in a refrigerated environment (0 to +4 degrees).
