We're looking for an enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our Client Strategy amp; Creative Solutions team. In this role, you'll bring your exceptional expertise, organizational prowess, and proactive mindset to collaborate with our internal stakeholders. Please note, this is an 18-month contract until June 2025WHAT'S THE DAY TO DAY LOOK LIKE?- End-to-end accountability for successful project execution with a lens of best-in-class execution for client programs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within the defined scope
- Ensure project process and guidelines are applied to ensure best-in-class execution
- Work closely with Client Strategists, Sales team, ad ops, product teams and video and editorial to ensure the project is executed as sold
- Responsible for managing work back schedule timelines and being the point of contact for client and agency contacts
- Proactively identify, mitigate and manage project risks and share learnings and best practices as required
- Regular check-ins with Client Partners, Account Managers and Ad Operations to ensure the project is running as planned and issues are red-flagged and managed promptly
- Create post-campaign presentations with campaign insights, program examples, and key learnings and share them with the Client Strategy team and Client Partners.
WE ARE HOPING YOU HAVE- A minimum of 2 years of media project coordination experience including all aspects of project management processes
- A proven track record of delivering media programs on time and within the defined scope
- Strong knowledge of media including digital and broadcast media
- High attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to complete responsibilities on a timely basis, ensuring quality results and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software (an asset)
- Strong problem-solving skills to address project-related issues and risks
- Experience managing relationships with production groups, clients' internal product teams and third-party vendors
- Team player who can lead while collaborating with sales and internal departments
- Well-organized, detailed-oriented and able to work well under short deadlines
