The Role:
As an Indigenous History and Culture Specialist Teacher Content Writer and Editor for Twinkl Canada, you will be involved in planning, organizing, creating and editing resources and other content for the site. This role will specialize in creating Twinkl resources on Indigenous peoples, including history, culture, language, traditional teachings and current events from an authentic perspective.
You will also be writing category descriptions, blogs and more for our Canadian customers. You will need to have a strong, current working knowledge of the intermediate/junior and primary curriculum, as well as experience of working within a school in Canada.
You will use your knowledge to develop resources and your content will be turned into a finished product for Twinkl by our highly skilled design and illustration team. Training in teaching Indigenous culture, history and how to administer these lessons will be of the utmost importance.
