About CSN Collision Centres

CSN Collision Centres safely repairs more than 200,000 vehicles a year helping Canadians get back on the road with the trust and comfort of knowing their vehicle has been returned to like new condition. Since 2002, CSN has grown to become the leader in collision repair with 220+ collision repair centres across Canada.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will work closely with members of the marketing team to develop and execute fully integrated strategies that build brand awareness and support our CSN licensees.

Primary objectives of the role

  1. Marketing
  • Assist our shops with their marketing requests including promotional materials, signage, print and sales materials
  • Occasionally, build marketing training videos for the licensees.
  • Responsible for working with Sales Team to onboard new shops
  • Assist with event coordination and logistics for annual conference, tradeshows and industry events, charity fundraisers and regional meetings
  • Responsible for updating digital signage content for all shops
  • Contribute to national brand strategy including creative development, strategy and execution
  • Digital Marketing
    • Update website profiles for shops
    • Maintain and update the national CSN website including OE certifications
    • Assist with email communications.
    • Conduct audits as required on digital properties and analyze results
    • Create social media calendar, develop and design social media posts and monitor social media accounts.
    • Assist with maintaining marketing assets in the licensee portal
    • Responsible for CSN digital platforms

    Requirements

    Core competencies

    • Managing Resources: Strong organization and project management skills
    • Influential: Confident and outgoing
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Strong customer service skills could get a call from shop owner and handle with confidence.
    • Previous WordPress experience would be considered an asset.
    • Previous experience with Canva and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) would be considered an asset.

    Education and qualifications:

    • College or University degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
    • 2+ years work experience in Marketing, Advertising or Communications

    Work environment and other requirements

    • This role is hybrid and based out of our corporate office in Oakville, Ontario, which is an open concept office.
    • The ideal candidate must be able to work from the corporate office 2 days per week

    Travel requirements

    • Limited travel is required but will include travelling to conference, infrequent shop visits and regional meetings
