• Assist in training AI models by identifying and correcting incorrect predictions. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of data used in AI models.
• Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to improve the data labeling process and working with a team of Data Labellers to provide direction.
• Collaborate with the data science and engineering teams to enhance these processes.
• Analyze data in various formats, identify data quality issues, and develop solutions.
• Implement data cleaning, profiling, and analysis to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Work closely with the CX Ops Leadership team to guide the overall AI strategy, and work with our vendor to ensure continued success of our AI tools
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to data quality and AI technologies. Proactively seek opportunities for professional development in these areas.
• Effectively communicate technical information to a variety of stakeholders, ensuring that data quality standards are comprehensively understood and met.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Data Analytics Experience - Experience in Data Analytics or Business Insights. Experience working with Customer Support and/or Sales organizations is an asset.
• Data amp; Analytics - Excellent SQL skills, and knowledgeable in popular Python libraries such as Pandas, numpy and Jupyter
• LLM and AI Experience - We seek a candidate with a keen interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI, eager to drive improvements in our models through ongoing learning and innovation in this rapidly evolving field.
• Collaboration - Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
• Action orientation - A clear bias for action and ability to act without being told what to do, takes full ownership over work and seeks help and input when needed
• Communication - Is an excellent communicator and able to convey complex ideas succinctly and with great precision
• Passion for clients - Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products
