Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will work together with the Talent Acquisition team to execute the full cycle recruiting process. The Recruitment Co-op (January - April) will be based out of the Oakville office (hybrid), with occasional travel to the Toronto office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute on the recruitment process including postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and tracking
  • Leverage relevant recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, community associations/networks and referrals to source active and passive candidates; recruiting both actives roles and building talent pipelines
  • Utilize analytical skills to track and report on key recruitment metrics ensuring effective, efficient, and unbiased hiring
  • Taking part in exciting projects as needed and related to Talent Acquisition and wider HR team

Requirements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, or another relevant field
  • An initiative-taker with the drive, determination, and commitment to get things done
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking databases, internet search and job board posting
  • Strong diligence with details and the ability to follow through
