We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help shape our growing product team and be responsible for delivering best-in-class payment products for our customers. The Senior Product Manager, Risk amp; Compliance Platform, will manage the risk and compliance domain for all of our bank-account-based, aka account-to-account (A2A) payment products.

What will you do?

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for our risk amp; compliance plan domain products.
  • Collaborate with customers, account management, customer success, compliance, legal and risk management teams to understand customer needs, pain points, and regulatory requirements to convert business needs into product initiatives on the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to understand requirements and incorporate them into our planning.
  • Work with Engineering to execute and build the next version of our risk amp; compliance platform.

You will have/be:

  • 7+ years in Product Management, with experience in building platform products and in serving both internal and external customers/stakeholders.
  • Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
  • Consistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous 0-to-1 projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management, including navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders across organizations and borders
  • Strong communications skills - you can summarize and express complex requirements in an accessible and precise manner.
  • Switching from techy to commercial approaches to problem-solving is a walk in the park, and you help the organization feel included in the decision-making process.

Assets/Experience:

  • Preferably has experience with B2B SaaS.
  • Preferably has experience with compliance and regulation in financial services.
  • Knowledge or experience with online KYC (know your customer)/ identity verification products and account aggregation products such as Plaid, Flinks or similar providers.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
