We are seeking Cooks with Bartending Experience for our clients in the Hospitality and Food Services Industry. The ideal candidates will be passionate about culinary excellence, possess proficiency in preparing a wide range of dishes, and have the ability to handle bartending duties when required.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Prepare and execute menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation
- standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Bartending:
- Serve customers by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per the
- restaurant's beverage recipes.
- Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and comply with all relevant liquor laws and
- regulations.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the kitchen team and servers to ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during busy
- periods.
Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards:
- Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook and Bartender in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Knowledge of various beverages and mixology techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume setting.
- Food Safe and Serving It Right certification preferred.
