Employment Status: Full Time, Permanent
Compensation: $85,699 to $107,124 per annum (based on experience)

Servus is growing in the Calgary market and we are currently looking for a Branch Manager for our Seton Branch in the Spring of 2024!
Reporting to the District Manager, you are a leader in the branch and community. You have a passion for leading people and can empower your team to make the branch and our members successful. As a Branch Manager, you are an innovator and can think outside the box to come up with strategies to develop business, increase productivity, and drive performance in order to meet Servus' goals and the changing demands of the fast-paced financial services industry.
More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Motivating and coaching employees to find opportunities to shape members financial fitness
- Being proactive in pursuing new business opportunities
- Monitoring and ensuring financial targets are being met or exceeded for the branch
- Promoting referrals to our Wealth Management, Business Banking, and 3rd party providers
- Adhering to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines to mitigate risk of loss
- Providing support, guidance, and training to all employees as necessary to ensure performance improvement and cohesive teamwork
- Preparing accurate and complete documentation, processing account changes, and handling member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
To qualify, you will need at least the following:
- 5 years of progressive senior lending experience
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- Mutual Funds license
Although not required, the following are valuable assets:
- Working knowledge of credit union products, policies, procedures, and operations
- Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)
- FPI or PFP
