The Data Analyst combines the technical skills of business systems with a strong business process orientation. You will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and support the setup of KPI-oriented / data-based reports and analysis for all levels of management.
What you’ll be doing:
Data Analysis amp; Integrity
- Process data, perform analysis and generation of reports, creating data visualizations and establishing data pipelines to dashboards.
- Drive automation of reports and ensure availability of accurate data in dashboards
- Support end-users to understand their system reporting capabilities, available data, and any report/analysis produced

- Explore new sources of data; communicate and present insight opportunities to business teams across the organization to influence decision making
- Translate business requirements into design, implementation, and documentation of efficient BI processes
Systems
- Own the process and data knowledge in thefinance and operationsdomain
- Understand technical challenges faced by internal departments in the context of their business
- Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to our systems and implement these changes as appropriate
- Support all digital transformational efforts
- Manage user access and permissions
- Be the Superuser and develop training materials to improve product understanding and usage
- Be the system administrator ofallenterprise information systems
- Activities include scheduling, logistics, maintaining the phone system, creating presentations for quarterly meetings, managing vendor relations, IT, purchasing, etc.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree inbusiness, commerce,information systems, business systems technology or related technology field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Solid business analysis skills including business process mapping.
- Project coordination abilities including excellent organization and time management skills to manage a demanding workload effectively in an environment of many conflicting and competing deadlines
- Minimum one-year experience within Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or IT
- Relevant analytics and/or BI related working experience is required.
- Strong knowledge in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Business anddata acumen
