Our products are built from scratch and leverage the strengths of every developer and team member at Q4.The gig.The Manager, Demand Generation plays an important role by performing a variety of activities related to Q4’s inbound and outbound marketing efforts. The role is responsible for, under general direction, a range of core marketing channels including email, SEM, paid social media, and ABM initiatives. This individual will translate GTM plans into robust inbound and outbound campaigns that reach targeted audiences across Q4’s core markets. You’ll be expected to generate forecasts and develop strategies / tactics to reach ambitious targets by working closely with the SDR team, Account Executives, CSMS, and other key stakeholders, including agency partners.Key Responsibilities
  • Translate GTM plans into inbound / outbound campaigns across North America and EMEA and business units (i.e. New Business and Expansion)
  • Determine channel mix, duration, localization, and segmentation for each campaign
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and CS stakeholders to create and implement unified campaign calendars
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of the email marketing specialist, including:
  • Reviewing email copy and ensuring alignment with messaging frameworks and brand voice
  • Reviewing the operational components of email campaigns in Pardot and Salesforce
  • Reporting of email campaign performance
  • Manage and expand use cases for inbound tech stack, including Drift and Chili Piper Concierge
  • Manage paid media and SEO partners, guiding the creation of new campaigns and reporting on existing campaigns
  • Heavily contribute to CRO efforts, collaborating with the design team and web development team to run and report on website experiments
  • Work with publication partners (e.g. IR Magazine) to update assets and seek out new digital opportunities on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain and update lead scoring criteria
  • Train sales team on inbound tools and processes
  • Map out expected channel performance on a monthly basis
  • Manage the the lead hand-off process in collaboration with the SDR Director to optimize MQL SQL conversion rates
  • Report on channel performance and recommend data-backed suggestions for improvement
  • Partner with Global Business Leaders and Operational Leads to facilitate outbound communications on special projects and initiatives
Desired Skills, Education Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree, along with minimum of 5-7+ years of experience contributing to impactful demand generation programs
  • Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience marketing SaaS or Enterprise software for a B2B high-tech company
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, specifically with Content, Design, Events, and Digital and Operations teams
  • Proven track record of creating compelling campaign specific messaging and positioning
  • Hands-on expertise with Pardot and Salesforce.com. Experience with direct mail (e.g. Postal) / ABM software (e.g. Terminus) is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in effectively driving results.
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
