About You

If you can handle a million things at once but always know which one to tackle first - you’ll crush it in this role. You’ll be the go-to-person for...well...everything in our busy office. You may be negotiating with suppliers one day and coordinating team events the next. You’ll be keeping track of company assets - ensuring your teammates have the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time. All while keeping a watchful eye over EVERY aspect of our office.

In other words - we’re going to rely on you to keep our office running smoothly. As our organizer-in-chief, you’ll empower us to help thousands of people say goodbye to the fear of bone loss.

Here’s a few of the things you’ll be doing in this busy role:

  • You’ll keep an accurate inventory of office, packing, and kitchen supplies.
  • You’ll channel your inner interior-designer to ensure the layout of our office is effective and comfortable.
  • You’ll always be on the lookout for ways to reduce the cost of our supplies.
  • You’ll make sure your co-workers have top-tier, mostly Mac, equipment.
  • You’ll assist in setting our office budget and make sure departments stick to it.
  • You’ll help organize lunches, team-building events, many birthday cakes and be a great resource to our amazing People and Culture team.
  • If anything breaks - you’ll arrange to have it repaired.
  • Using your Jedi-level powers of anticipation, you’ll spot problems before they even happen and develop solutions.
  • Sometimes you’ll have to roll up your sleeves and help keep our office neat-n-tidy (But don’t worry, lots of people muck in to help.)

With these tasks in mind you will need to be a great organizer, solid with spreadsheets, a master communicator and love serving a team of soon-to-be friends. You’ll also occasionally have to move a few items or assemble a desk. Now is the time to be very honest with yourself. Is this really you?

What Will You Earn?

Our Office Administrative Assistantposition starts at $50,000 and can go up to $60,000 depending on your experience. If your salary expectations differ from this range, let us know!
