Description:

Sales Focus: Growing Existing relationship

Sales Motion:Retain and Grow

An Account Executive manages a portfolio of accounts. They handle the entire sales process for these accounts, from prospecting to identifying new buying centers, closing deals and managing the relationship post-sale. They need strong sales skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

The AE may be aspecialist in a methodology and deployed across multiple accounts or clients to enable specific growth areas.

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends
  • May be a specialist, and has a deep understanding of products amp; how they support client needs
