This individual will act as a consultant and assist Business Owners in fulfilling our vision of being The Worlds Most Loved Barbershop!
Position Title: Shop Support Manager
Job Type: Full Time in Office
Location: Kelowna, BC
Salary: $60,000
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Business Owners for a world-class Guest experience.
- Implement company programs, support Business Owners, and drive operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring accountability and measurable results.
- Utilize tools to analyze financial reports and address district performance trends.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and team-building opportunities for Business Owners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail management experience.
- 1-3 years of multi-unit management or equivalent.
- Financial report analysis experience in a retail/service environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel, including overnight stays.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
