About the role:
As the Product Manager for Payments Experience, your role involves taking the lead in enhancing and advancing our payments system. This entails adopting a customer-centric approach, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the overall customer journey. You will be in charge of optimizing the developer experiences for our core products, ensuring that Paramount Commerce becomes the preferred payment provider for customers.
What will you do?
- Define and evolve the product vision and direction for our payments amp; developer experience.
- Deeply understand our merchants’ use cases and how we can build a payment experience that improves conversion while they focus on their core business.
- Work closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and other product teams to create a seamless and efficient experience for developers using our platform.
- Ship features and improvements frequently and iteratively. You will own getting your product out the door, and you will own making sure it’s constantly getting better.
What we are looking for:
- You have 5+ years in Product Management with a focus on building tools, experiences, and platforms for developers.
- You have successfully managed technical software products from project kick-off to delivery, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle.
- You have a consistent track record of leading ambitious 0-to-1 projects, demonstrating the ability to navigate challenging and ambiguous situations with confidence.
- You have demonstrated strong stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- You have exceptional communication skills, capable of summarizing and expressing complex requirements in a clear and precise manner.
- You are obsessed with product quality and don’t settle for good enough".
- You have an eye for design and love to think about user flows and user experiences.
- You are preferably experienced in B2B SaaS with a solid understanding of compliance and regulation in financial services.
- You are preferably experienced using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc., showcasing a commitment to data-driven decision-making would be considered an asset.
