With significant growth and expansion planned in North America and abroad, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Ecommerce Marketing + Content Coordinator to join the Tommy Gun’s Support Office. We are seeking a team-oriented and energetic individual to join our team, located in downtown Kelowna, with a trendy office space as part of The District on Bernard.

Responsibilities:
• Generate and maintain consistent email communications generating graphics, copy and overall design.
• Develop complex and effective email communication flows that align with marketing initiatives.
• Write original content for blogs and products that incorporate SEO initiatives.
• Assist with promotional development and the planning of new marketing strategies.
• Analyze data and metrics to pinpoint areas of opportunity and improvement.
• Work alongside our social media coordinator to develop content and assets for marketing purposes.
• Source potential cross promotional partners, partnerships, events, etc.
• Develop Facebook, Google, and Instagram ads that align with marketing initiatives.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
• A self-motivated individual with a knack for time management
• A self-starter with a client service-orientated demeanor, stellar project management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail
• 2-4 years of previous Marketing experience
• Educational background in Marketing and/or Ecommerce
• Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Shopify
• Experience and knowledge of SEO
• Experience in excel and data analysis/manipulation
• High-quality writing skills and an eye for design
• Customer service experience
• A creative and collaborative individual
• A strong problem-solver with metrics-driven thinking
• Knowledge in the Barber/Beauty industry considered an asset
