Our suite of end-to-end foodservice technology solutions helps professionals across healthcare and aging services streamline their operations, save time, reduce food waste, and meet regulatory requirements, so they can focus on what matters most: improving the quality of patient and resident care.

We’re looking for our first Procurement amp; Vendor Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the VP, Finance you’ll be managing tracking, documentation, negotiation and procurement of both hardware and software systems.

A day in the life as Procurement amp; Vendor Manager:

  • Manage relationships with our vendors and suppliers(hardware amp; software)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfill their systems needs
  • Take a proactive and well-documented approach to vendor/contract lifecycle management to maximize value and efficiency
  • Perform regular reviews of existing contracts; track deadlines, validate and approve spending, research alternatives, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and structure deals with new and existing vendors
  • Communicate relevant contract details to key stakeholders as required

In the first 6 months, you’ll be successful at reaching these milestones:

  • Establish and document a standardized procurement and vendor/contract management process based on best practices
  • Establish efficient demand forecast processes, enabling on-time delivery of hardware to customers
  • Research, identify, and implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool

  • I have experience with contract lifecycle management tools amp; processes
  • I have proven experience establishing and maturing processes with a focus on operational efficiency
  • I’m exceptional at building relationships and am a skilled negotiator
  • I am able to work autonomously
  • I have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
  • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
  • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
