We seek a Sales Development Resource (SDR) to join our rapidly expanding sales team and help us reach new horizons.
Designation: Sales Development Resource (SDR)
Job Location: Remote
Salary: 50,000 CAD - 60,000 CAD
Job Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other databases, to identify and source potential leads.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce Imagine.io's offerings.
- Qualification: Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.
- Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with prospects to ensure continued interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Deal Closures: jointly work with Front End sales Rep to a win amp; meet revenue targets
- Reporting: Document all activities and maintain detailed notes in the CRM, ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and collaborate on campaigns.
- Continuous Learning: Continuous Learning: Stay updated onImagine.io’s product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Desired Skills amp; Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of Experience with a proven track record in Global sales development or lead generation role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have extensive experience in dealing with Global Clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Resilient and motivated by challenges.
- Knowledge of the CGI industry is a plus.
