* Serve as in-office assistance for the maintenance amp; construction field technicians
* Utilize our in-house Metrix scheduling/billing program- which is used daily for scheduling
*Quality Management Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrates accuracy and
thoroughness.
* Communicate with Property managers, technicians amp; customers on a daily basics
* Administrate the collection of work orders and compile work order information for assisting with the billing procedures
* Scheduling, dispatching, processing amp; tracking the status of purchase orders- follow up as required amp; assisting when needed with Scheduling special construction amp; maintenance projects
* Answering calls and must be conversant in construction/maintenance items related to customer service calls, reviewing work papers, schedule work amp; provide general support for the maintenance team
* Customer Service Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.
* Create daily schedule for construction in-house techs- this involves calling customers amp; coordinating a time amp; day schedule for them
* Receive and understand work notes from techs so that we are able o type up quotes to send out to PM for approval
* Enter amp; close purchase orders in a timely manner with notes associated with the job
* Dealing with executive mgmt. when required amp; providing reports monthly
* Requesting locates form Ontario One call done online
* Responsible for the division’s email shared with Service Manager
Requirements

Knowledgeable, experienced in the GTA area would be an asset for scheduling purpose
Dispatch Experience is a strong asset.
