The main Responsibilities of this role are:

1. Manage, recruit, train, and motivate a team of Rental Property Managers who oversee day-to-day field operations as part of the overall product delivery of 3rd party, for-fee, property management of multi-family strata and single-family rental properties;

2. Ensure each Property Manager has specific plans and measurable goals in the following categories:

  • Business Development (Organic Growth Focus)
  • Client Retention
  • Operations Structure and Service Delivery
  • Financial Management

3. Work closely with Associa Rentals Executive team to set and drive key performance initiatives for Branch;

4. Responsible for ongoing talent development and achievement of branch improvement plans;

5. Actively monitor branch rental performance against plans and initiate appropriate action;

6. This position reports to the Branch President of Associa British Columbia, with support from the RHOME Rentals Executive team

Requirements

  • 7+ years Property Management Industry experience;
  • Associate Brokers License preferred;
  • College Degree preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong aptitude as well as proven track record in effective decision making and problem solving;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize critical items moment to moment;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong listening skills, including customer service and teamwork orientation, with the ability to empathize and provide
  • personal coaching to staff;
  • Business Development, Service Delivery, and Financial Management experience;
  • Proven ability to achieve results through leading others;
