About the Role

Reporting directly to the VP, proXimity, you bring a combination of expertise in the clinical trial industry and a keen understanding of general business. You are committed to elevating the satisfaction of our existing customers and propelling new business opportunities within our established customer base. (This position will be in the office with some flexibility for some remote work.)

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute account strategies to boost revenue and achieve business goals
  • Establish a customer education program through needs assessment, content creation, preferred delivery platforms, and continuous feedback loops
  • Stay updated on clinical trial industry trends and competitor activities, offering valuable insights to the team and customers
  • Identify growth opportunities and promote the inclusion of new clinical trials within proXimity
  • Swiftly address client concerns to maintain a light level of customer satisfaction
  • Close collaboration with internal teams including but not limited to the Director of Operations, Director of Product Management and the Implementation Team

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Life Sciences or related fields for clinical trial management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient in clinical trial software, showcasing a deep understanding of product features
  • Familiarity with project management, software implementations, and product delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial industry standards
  • Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and compliance in the clinical trial space
  • Flexible and adaptable to industry and business changes in project requirements
  • Problem-solving skills for navigating complex processes within large pharmaceutical and CRO environments
  • Valid passport
